If you miss a session, the recording will be uploaded to the course within 24 hours so you can catch up and continue moving forward.
Required Reading & Weekly Preparation
This mastermind is built around Developing the Leader Within You 2.0 by John Maxwell, which serves as the foundation for our discussions, coaching, and weekly application.
Participants are expected to read the assigned sections of the book and complete the accompanying workbook exercises prior to each live session. Your workbook is included as part of the program and is designed to help you reflect on the material, identify opportunities for growth, and prepare for meaningful discussion.
While the coaching team customizes each session to address the unique experiences, questions, and challenges of the leaders in the room, the book and workbook provide the common foundation that allows us to go deeper together.
The more time you invest in the reading and preparation each week, the more valuable and actionable the mastermind experience will become.

A tireless beauty industry advocate, John Palmieri is the Director of Business and Leadership Development for the Salon 124 Group, a company of 8 salons and  cosmetology school. On any given day, John provides guidance to 150+ stylists and to
salon leaders and managers growing their locations.
John is also a founding partner of 124GO, a Business and Leadership Education company focused on the Beauty Industry, and co-founder of the 124GO Podcast – Shop Talk.
John’s formal training includes life as a hairstylist and salon owner, becoming a Certified Strategies Coach, Certification as a 4-Mat Curriculum Designer, Pivot Point Mindful Teaching Pro Instructor, and training as a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker and
Educator.
JEN LEBLANC
Jen serves as the Operations Officer for Salon Rootz and Endz Salon Studios in Medina, Ohio. Under her leadership, Salon Rootz has earned multiple recognitions as both a Salon Today Top 200 Salon and a STAMP Award recipient.
