Each week, participants should read the corresponding chapter of Everyone Communicates, Few Connect before the live mastermind session.
Come prepared to share what stood out, participate in discussion, and think about where that week’s principle shows up in your own life. Bring the conversations you are navigating, the people you are trying to reach, and a willingness to look at communication from a different angle.

Crystal is a multi-salon owner, business coach, and leadership mentor from St. George, South Carolina. With more than 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, she has built and grown successful salon businesses while developing high-performing teams and future leaders.
Passionate about helping others reach their potential, Crystal believes that lasting success
comes from investing in people, creating healthy cultures, and building systems that support both growth and freedom. Throughout her career, she has led teams through expansion, developed leaders from within her organizations, and facilitated mastermind groups focused on leadership, accountability, and business growth.
As a coach and mastermind facilitator, Crystal brings practical experience, honest guidance, and a deep commitment to helping salon owners and leaders build businessesthat thrive without sacrificing what matters most.
JOHN PALMIERI
A tireless beauty industry advocate, John Palmieri is the Director of Business and Leadership Development for the Salon 124 Group, a company of 8 salons and a cosmetology school. On any given day, John provides guidance to 150+ stylists and to salon leaders and managers growing their locations.
John is also a founding partner of 124GO, a Business and Leadership Education company focused on the Beauty Industry, and co-founder of the 124GO Podcast – Shop Talk.
John’s formal training includes life as a hairstylist and salon owner, becoming a Certified Strategies Coach, Certification as a 4-Mat Curriculum Designer, Pivot Point Mindful Teaching Pro Instructor, and training as a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker and
Educator.
