Each week, participants should read the corresponding chapter of The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth before the live mastermind session.

Come prepared to share your biggest takeaway, participate in discussion, and work through the weekly reflection and application questions. The more you bring to the conversation, the more you will get from it.

Meet your Educators 

Jessica Tergesen

Jess is a beauty industry educator, leadership coach, and speaker based in Bismarck, North Dakota. She began her career in the beauty industry in 2010, spending more than a decade behind the chair at Glance Spa & Salon while continually investing in advanced education and leadership development.

Her passion for helping others grow led her into a Director of Education role, where she helped build education programs, develop future leaders, and create meaningful learning experiences for beauty professionals.

In 2024, Jessica stepped into professional coaching and leadership development, later joining the 124GO team in 2026. She is also a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team member and certified coach, with a passion for personal growth, developing people, and helping leaders recognize and expand what they are capable of.

JOHN PALMIERI

A tireless beauty industry advocate, John Palmieri is the Director of Business and Leadership Development for the Salon 124 Group, a company of 8 salons and  cosmetology school. On any given day, John provides guidance to 150+ stylists and to salon leaders and managers growing their locations.

John is also a founding partner of 124GO, a Business and Leadership Education company focused on the Beauty Industry, and co-founder of the 124GO Podcast – Shop Talk.

John’s formal training includes life as a hairstylist and salon owner, becoming a Certified Strategies Coach, Certification as a 4-Mat Curriculum Designer, Pivot Point Mindful Teaching Pro Instructor, and training as a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker and Educator.
